Community Technology Centre (CTC)

Council was successful in its application to install a CTC in Temora. The aim of this centre is to provide residents of our shire area with at least equal technological access to our urban counterparts.
Co-located with the library and the Visitors Information Centre the Community Technology Centre is a modern and well equipped centre. The room caters for training and meetings, and is equipped with videoconferencing, teleconferencing and audiovisual equipment. There are eight computer stations which may be connected to the internet. The CTC training room and other equipment such as digital camera, multimedia projector, laptop computer may all be hired from the CTC staff. Laminating, photocopying in colour or black and white is also available. Residents in groups within the Shire, visitors to town and companies visiting on training seminars are invited to contact the staff for a tour of the facilities and a discount on their first hiring. Active members of Advance Temora also receive discounts in recognition of their commitment to business development.
