Temora Shire Council's Companion Animal Shelter

The Shelter is designed to house Dogs and Cats who are lost or found.  Council staff endeavour to reunite them with their owner or rehouse them.
The Shelter works in accordance with the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998.  All fees are set by the Department of Local Government and Temora Shire Council.
For further information: Department of Local Government
All animals at the Temora Shire Council Companion Animal Shelter that are not claimed or reunited are assessed for suitability for re-housing.  If found suitable they are then re-housed to the local branch of Paws n Hooves for re-housing.
