Saturday 5th September 2009 the Aero Club will officially unveil its new display case containing the uniform of former No 10 EFTS trainee. The uniform of the late former Squadron Leader Henry Crouch, who received his flying instruction at No 10EFTS, was donated by his wife Mrs Mary Crouch. The ceremony will feature a tiger moth aircraft, a guard of honour from the Forest Hill RAAF base in Wagga Wagga and be held prior to the flying display at the neighbouring Aviation Museum. Location in the foyer of the Aero Club, the display cabinet will be officially unveiled by Mrs Crouch and formally accepted by Aero Club president Robert Maslin. Federal Member for Riverina Kay Hull, Mayor of Temora Peter Speirs and members of the Crouch family will address the assembled gathering. The weekend will be a doubly significant one for military aviation in the town, with Temora Aviation Museums newly restored Sabre jet poised to give its first public flying displays.
