Hold an Event in the Temora Shire

Events at Council facilities

To hold an event using Council venues, facilities, &/or property you must follow the below steps.

Please read and follow the Event Application Supporting Document(PDF, 165KB) prior to completing the process below.

  1. Complete an online Event Application Form here

  2. Complete a Road Closure Application Form here

  3. Complete a Notice of Intention to Hold a Public Assembly form and send to Local Police, c/o: Sergeant - Crime Coordinator, Justin Knewstub and Temora Officer in Charge (OIC), rivpderecords@police.nsw.gov.au

  4. If the event is public and likely to attract people to the Temora Shire, it can be added free of charge to the shire's calendar of events on temora.com.au. To have your event listed email your event to communications@temora.nsw.gov.au

Events not at Council facilities

  1. If relevant, complete a Road Closure Application Form here
