To hold an event using Council venues, facilities, &/or property you must follow the below steps.

Complete a Notice of Intention to Hold a Public Assembly form and send to Local Police, c/o: Sergeant - Crime Coordinator, Justin Knewstub and Temora Officer in Charge (OIC), rivpderecords@police.nsw.gov.au
If the event is public and likely to attract people to the Temora Shire, it can be added free of charge to the shire's calendar of events on temora.com.au. To have your event listed email your event to communications@temora.nsw.gov.au
