Employer Consultation Workshop Part 2 - HR Model Feedback

Following the successful employer consultation workshops held in June, insights have been used to inform the design of several different HR models that seek to support business and HR requirements of employers across Bland and Temora shires. We're looking for your feedback. 

The first workshops informed us that: 

  • 46% of employers’ #1 business goal is GROWTH 
  • 31% of employers’ #1 business goal is SUSTAINMENT 

 

The top 3 HR priorities for employers to achieve these goals are: 

  1. Retention of current employees
  2. Creating a more harmonious workplace 

  3. Building a high performing team 

 

The HR Support Model for Temora and Bland shires must drive the alignment of employees to business goals for sustainability and growth in the diversification of local industries. 

Join us for an interactive workshop to hear about the insights gathered from the first workshop and provide your input into HR Support Models options. 

This is your chance to contribute to the design of a solution that suits your business needs.

Two day training to help you recognise and respond to mental health challenges during crises like flood or fire. Ages: 18 years plus.
