Whether you are heading into your senior years or still a spring chicken, you are bound to get a wealth of useful information from the Active Ageing Expo to be held at Temora Memorial Town Hall today, the 25th June 2021.

Designed to bring service providers and products together in one place, the Active Ageing Expo is the perfect place to gather the information you need to age gracefully.

“We have free seminars throughout the day, free activities and over 40 stalls to ensure our residents are well-equipped with information and useful contacts,” said event organiser Amanda Gay.

“The free seminars are on a range of topics, including legal issues, health and wellbeing, My Aged Care, podiatry, recognising scam calls, and email fraud,” she said.

“Visitors can also participate in a free still life drawing workshop, free photographic portrait sitting and even free massages!”

Expo attendees can expect to browse the many stalls which include legal and financial services, community groups, fitness groups, medical providers, assistance with technology, various products and other service providers. Service NSW will also provide assistance to download Dine & Discover vouchers.

“You don’t have to be a senior to benefit from the expo,” Ms Gay explained. “Most of the information and services apply to anyone at any age,” she said.

The Active Ageing Expo is on today, Friday 25th June 2021 at the Temora Memorial Town Hall between 9.30am and 2.30pm.
