Notification of Draft Temora Shire Council Developer Contributions Plan 2026
Under Part 9 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Temora Shire Council gives notice of the public exhibition of the Draft Temora Shire Council Developer Contributions Plan 2026.
The intent of the Draft Developer Contributions Plan 2026 is to update the existing Developer Contributions Plan 2022. The draft plan has been amended to include minor wording changes, and updates to the list of community facility projects and stormwater infrastructure projects funded under this plan.
A copy of the draft plan and supporting documents may also be inspected at Council’s offices, Loftus Street, Temora during office hours.
Any written submissions on the draft Developer Contributions Plan 2026, addressed to the General Manager, are required to be received by Temora Shire Council, either by mail or email temshire@temora.nsw.gov.au by Monday 9 February 2026.
