Temora Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties to purchase land owned by Temora Shire Council.
The site is approximately 4093m2 and is bounded by the Temora-Roto (Lake Cargelligo) Railway line, Goldfields Way and land at 57 Goldfields Way Temora. The site is zoned SP2 Infrastructure zone. The site is shown on the attached document, edged in black.

EOIs must be received prior to 2pm on Friday 20th February 2025.
EOIs must include an offer amount to purchase the land.

The lowest or any EOI is not necessarily accepted.
