Temora Shire Council has entered a shared services arrangement for governance support with Bland Shire Council. Under the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022 s 81(2) (PID Act), an agency can delegate its functions to another agency. Temora Shire Council gives notice in accordance with the PID Act that functions of the PID Act will, where appropriate, be carried out by an appropriately qualified staff member from Bland Shire Council.
