Hold an Event in the Temora Shire

Events at Council facilities

Applicants wishing to use Council facilities as a venue to host an event, can access the necessary forms below.

Please read and follow the Event Application Supporting Document(PDF, 165KB) in conjunction with completing the Event Application Form

Complete an online Event Application Form here.

Complete a Road Closure Application Form here. All road closures must be reported to the Highway Patrol, local Police and Transport for NSW. A Notice of Intention to Hold a Public Assembly form must be completed and sent to the following as part of your application:

Events can also be added, free of charge, to the shire's calendar of events, which can be found on the www.temora.com.au website. To have your event listed, email the Communications Officer with details of your event and a high res image at communications@temora.nsw.gov.au
