Notification of Draft Bundawarrah Estate Master Plan Development Control Plan
Temora Shire Council gives notice of the Draft Bundawarrah Estate Master Plan Development Control Plan (DCP).
The purpose of the draft DCP to guide the potential future subdivision and servicing of Bundawarrah Estate. In doing so, this will support additional infill development. The Draft DCP is proposed to apply to Evatt Street to the north, Narraburra Street to the east, Milvale Road/Loftus Street to the south and Bundawarrah Road to the west.
The draft DCP can also be inspected at Council’s offices, Loftus Street, Temora during office hours.

Any written submissions on the draft DCP, addressed to the General Manager, are required to be received by Temora Shire Council, either by mail or email temshire@temora.nsw.gov.au by 2pm on Monday 29 September 2025.
