Under Division 2.6 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Temora Shire Council gives notice of the Review of the Signage Policy and Signage Development Control Plan (DCP).
The Draft Policy and DCP proposes changes to the controls that apply to signage in Temora Shire, including business signage within the Heritage Conservation Area and directional signage.
The draft Policy and DCP can be inspected at Council’s offices, Loftus Street, Temora during office hours, or by download below.
Any written submissions on the draft Policy and Draft DCP, addressed to the General Manager, are required to be received by Temora Shire Council, either by mail or email temshire@temora.nsw.gov.au by Monday 8 February 2021.
